Scheduling was very easy and quick with lots of options to select from on dates and times. The representative on the phone was also very nice. When our tech arrived, Jason, he was extremely nice and understanding of our carpet needs. While cleaning, he kept me in the loop of how things were looking and showed me how the carpets are cleaned in action. We talked while he worked and even showed our dog attention. My son who is 3 was home as well and due to him having twins the same age, he engaged with our son making me feel comfortable. I loved the end product and I have already talked about your company and services to friends and family.
Eric my technician was very professional and was on-time and called ahead as he was supposed to do. He did a great job of explaining the process and how he was going to clean the rooms.
The major draw back was how long it took the carpet to dry, even with the ceiling fans and furnace fans operating with the windows cracked open it took 18 hrs.

The gentleman that came to my home was very pleasant. He did a fantastic job on my carpet especially since it is over 20 years old. I have found 3-4 spots that are not gone but am waiting for my cleaning lady to clean the carpet and see if she finds more. All-in-all, I am greatly pleased with the cleaning job. Thanks

Great customer service. They were able to schedule an appointment to clean my carpets within a couple of days. Colin was very detailed and honest with his opinion on how well he could remove the stains in the my carpet. He was in and out within 20-30 minutes and the carpets look brand new! I will definitely use them again.
