Well I love EVERYTHING about Zerorez but......the technician Joshua was superb!!! I mean he worked so hard in all 3 areas but our living room area Rug looked as good as it did when we purchased it 5 years ago! This morning after we woke up and the rug was completely dry, I was shocked!
Joshua was also extremely respectful and professional. We will request him as our technician from here on out! You just don’t find service techs like him anymore! Thank you again fir a great job well done and......

Our service provider who came to our home to clean our carpet was outstanding! I’m so sorry I missed his name but please make sure he is recognized. He was the perfect combination of professional service and personality and that is a rare thing to master. Results were beautiful and we are saving up to do the rest of the house in spring.
