The service technician, Daniel, was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable through the entire process. He figured out what was the best application for our needs and jumped right now work. I was so impressed with the results I asked if he had time to add on one additional rug as well! Within the next days I could still tell such a difference and in areas I had pet stain issues before, I can now smell “nothing” - which is fantastic!! No funky after smells or over powering fragrance! I love the results and would recommend ZEROREZ to anyone who is wanting their carpets to feel and smell like new again!
