Staff at this location is awesome! My pup Max is a rescue and very shy, everyone here is so kind and patient with him. Once he is in the playroom his tail is up and wagging, he always has a great time!

Yoda is so excited to when we drop him off (and excited when we pick him up but that's just him). The staff always seems so welcoming and knows his name (either naturally or because they look it up - I don't care its just a wonderful touch).
Recently, I got the report that he was humping (uh oh) and the report was so well given that I didn't feel like he was in trouble, but gave ideas as to why it was happening that day and understanding that dogs hump (but I also expect him to get time outs if excessive).

My dogs really love the interraction. After the shut-in they were going as stir crazy as we were. So it was nice to drop them off to socialize.

I love you guys. I was surprised how generous you are by giving three free visits. The report card we received was the funniest thing it made me and my family laugh for two days. Of course the webcam is great.

Although the webcam wasn’t working in the beginning you guys were so nice to include videos using your phone.

Staff at Dogtopia are wonderful! They take great care of my dog while he is there and always remember who we are. They have loved watching him come out of his shell, and encourage him to have fun. I also enjoy that I can watch him on the webcams. He is quite a different and more outgoing dog while he is there! The staff make him feel so comfortable. Best day ever!!!

From the moment I arrived at Dogtopia for information, I felt at home! The entire staff is polite, professional, and pup-obsessed! My dog was a little nervous about "puppy school" at first, but they helped her and within a short while she was playing and having a great time! Now I take her 3 times a week, and she gets excited to get inside to see her best friend! I love how the staff knows every dog by name, and they take the time to alert if there is something out of the ordinary going on--for example, Snickers started limping. I forgot to tell them that she had hurt her leg a few days earlier, but they let me know as soon as they noticed. They do fun activity days with the dogs, like hoops and tunnels, and flavored bubbles! At Christmas there was pictures with Santa! For Mother's Day they did paw print art and photos. I enjoy watching my dog throughout the day on the webcam. All in all, I highly recommend Dogtopia!

From the moment I inquired via email to our initial meet and greet this facilty is so attentive, knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I was on vacation and had done some research prior to putting my babies in daycare. This Dogtopia should out above the rest and I am so grateful! I was able to enjoy exploring the town with peace of mind that my babies were being cared for. They have an app that allows you to park in on them anytime throughout the day. They have various activities that they do with the dogs daily. The hours are perfect. My babies were exhausted from playing all day when I picked them up. This was such a great experience and it allowed them to socialize in a more controlled and safe environment. We will definetly be back!!!

We feel safe leaving our mini-poodle MacKenzie with them always. We know she is well taken care of and the grooming is awesome as well.
They also provide live video to watch your doggie on their website which is another feel-good part of their business. Finally the staff is amazing! They are always upbeat and kind.

My dog got a basic bath and appeared nicely bathed. The only thing I didn't love is that I saw the technician use a spay on my dog right before bringing him out to me. It's not that big of a deal but the next time I will request that only the products I bring in to be used on my dog.

I love the personal service and kind people who look after Winston during his visits.

Friendly staff make me feel comfortable leaving my pup for the day. I really like that I can check in on him on the webcams and how happy and tired he is when I pick him up. I also thought the report card was adorable :) Next week my pup is scheduled for a haircut while he’s at daycare. How convenient!
