What I like about your services is everything! Every time I come in, Michael who works at the front desk is amazing! He’s incredibly kind and helpful. I like my room set to 170, and when it’s not quite there, he always apologizes sincerely and makes an effort to get it right the next time. He’s respectful, personable, and genuinely a pleasure to see when I walk into the studio.
Yesterday, after a particularly hot session, I was cooling down and had the chance to chat with him. I shared a few life nuggets, and it was pure joy to connect with someone so eager to grow and improve. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and committed to building a bright future. Honestly, he’s one of the best individuals I’ve ever encountered in customer service.
