Jorge showed up on time and went through the house to detect bad areas that needed extra attention. He gave us recommendations for how to proceed. We selected some but not all of his recommendations. He was thorough and I was pleased with the way the carpet and area rugs looked after he cleaned them. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Nate is the best!
They 2 guys that cleaned my carpet were the best. They truthfully treated it like it was their own. I watched them from a distance and did not miss an inch or cut any corners. The carpet looked so bad I did not know if it was worth cleaning but I have used Zerorez before on my basement and it looks new and the carpet is 21 years old. This time they did the upstairs that is also 21 years old and with pets and kids it looked really bad. These 2 guys were the best.

I like many things about Zerorez. I like that they do not use chemicals and my carpets get amazingly clean. I also like that they are prompt and that I can get an appointment fairly soon after I call. I also like that most of the technicians I've used have gone the extra mile to make me happy! In fact this week Nathan deserves a 5-star for doing just that. I like that he suggested and used an odor treatment on my pet bed. I highly recommend the services of Zerorez.

Raheem was our technician for our home in the Leesburg VA area and he arrived on time and was friendly, professional, and did an outstanding job on all of our carpets! We had a number of bad stains from coffee, magic marker, paint, makeup, and that slime material the kids all play with these days, and 98% of these were removed completely! We really appreciate the company and its attention to details. The communication and customer service is excellent. Again, thank you to Raheem for doing such a great job!
