Easy scheduling and communication is clear for time of arriving. My tech was very friendly and made special care to our hard wood stairs. The carpets came out looking great without any scents left behind.

everything except that i was told u intend to double the price i have been paying for a couple of years + as u realize the carpet is wool. willing to pay 1/2 again as much but if double then i will have to find a new vendor. please resolve so i can stay with you.

Nathaniel cleaned and sealed our tile and cleaned our sectional sofa and an area rug. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and did a wonderful job. Chaise was terrific and really listened to what we were hoping to do and did it beautifully. I had wool carpet, which is a bit more complicated to clean. Chase knew what to do, and it really came out nicely with no abrading or fuzzing of the wool. (Chase was also personable and great with my eager puppy, who needed to briefly meet our guest before calming down.)

Your cleaners are thorough and professional. Our carpet is always cleaned perfectly and stays clean much longer than with other companies.

I had three service which all were done well with a professional, knowledgeable and curious staff.
The services were:
1- carpets picked up, cleaned and returned cleaned very well
2- the wall-to-wall rugs were cleaned very well
3- tile in kitchen, dining area, hall and bathroom were cleaned and "sealed" against future stains.

Raheem was our technician for our home in the Leesburg VA area and he arrived on time and was friendly, professional, and did an outstanding job on all of our carpets! We had a number of bad stains from coffee, magic marker, paint, makeup, and that slime material the kids all play with these days, and 98% of these were removed completely! We really appreciate the company and its attention to details. The communication and customer service is excellent. Again, thank you to Raheem for doing such a great job! I highly recommend this company!

Jorge showed up on time and went through the house to detect bad areas that needed extra attention. He gave us recommendations for how to proceed. We selected some but not all of his recommendations. He was thorough and I was pleased with the way the carpet and area rugs looked after he cleaned them. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
