I had my air ducts cleaned. The technicians were pleasant, arrived on time and explained the process. They assessed the condition of the ducts, and provided options. They were efficient, thorough, and made recommendations. I was very impressed with their work.

Lance was our technician. He was amazing; a ten out of ten. A fantastic personality and the best technician we've ever had - he got stains out that previously had us disappointed with other ZeroRez technicians that couldn't get them out and was overall way more attentive to detail and providing a better overall clean. He was fabulous; can't say enough good things about him - we will be coming back solely because of him (it's expensive and he definitely made it worth it). This was back in June 2025, we just came across this survey and made sure to fill it out, that's how great he was - we hope he gets his recognition and value paid.
