Natural products, friendly and caring tech. On the downside, I left a message to make an appointment and received a call back five hours later from a male who sounded like he was standing by a highway and English was not his first language. After speaking loudly over the street noise he asked me to repeat my address. I hung up in disgust. With so many people working from home who could be locked into your software, it would be likely that the person would only need to verify my address as I would be on file.

Technician was actually able to show up earlier than scheduled. He called and politely asked if he could arrive earlier than scheduled and we said yes. He showed up, was very professional and courteous and performed his duties in a quick and thorough manner.
The tech reviewed what was needed, matched what I needed to be cleaned so that I did not need to spend more than what was necessary, and he did a fantastic job. I opted to add the protectant and even with that applied, the carpet is very comfortable. I will be using Zerorez to keep my carpets clean.
No soap. So dirt doesn't stick to carpet later. Gets carpets really clean. Easy to book. Technicians are courteous and service oriented.

Our appointment was scheduled between 10:00 and 12:00, but the technician didn’t arrive until 2:00 PM, which is far too late. This definitely needs to be addressed when planning future appointments. Fortunately, this happened to be one of the rare days we were home all day, so it wasn’t a major issue this time. Otherwise, we would’ve had to cancel an appointment we had booked well in advance. That said, the technician did a thorough job and cleaned everything very well.
Carpets look great, and Jake did a super job getting tough spots clean.

The employee had good people skills. He gave me extra enzyme cleaner so that I can do spot cleaning in between major carpet cleaning. Since I have dogs, I truly appreciate that!!!
