He was extremely thorough when walking us through the house and explaining what he was seeing and what he recommended to achieve the result we wanted. He took his time and I can easily say it is the best carpet cleaning we have ever gotten! Our carpet looks brand new! Even my 11 yr old commented on how wonderful the carpet looks and my mom, who had serious doubts anyone could remove year old stains from the rug was super impressed at how fantastic our carpet looks. Alexander is the only person who can clean our carpets now. Not only does he do an amazing job but he is friendly, down to earth and humble. An absolute pleasure to work with.
