The technician was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He did an excellent job and was careful with the hoses so the walls did not get damaged. Also, he made sure we knew how long it would take to dry, how to use fans to reduce drying time, and how to avoid slipping and falling when transitioning from the damp carpet to the hardwood floors. Overall a really good experience! And, the carpet stains are gone and the carpet looks fantastic!
