I own 5 little dogs that made a mess out of my carpet. My carpet was in a state that I was afraid I would have to replace it. After 4 hours, Justice was able to remove all the stains and bring the nap in the carpet back to its original state. I believe one more service will have the carpet (and padding) to a near new state at a reasonable price. Thank you Justice and ZeroEz for helping me solve a very stressful situation!

Our service person was excellent. His work was thorough and he tried very hard on particularly stained or dirty spots. The rug - well over 10 years old in the well-worn area of the private lived space upstairs - looks great!
