I have used Zerorez for over 20 years. I truly believe that is why my carpet lasted so long. It was a no-brainer that when we replaced the living and dining room carpets in 2023, Zerorez would be the ones to keep them looking brand new. The techs are always on-time, professional, and thorough. I expect that my new carpets will last as long as my previous ones with Zerorez keeping them looking their best. I couldn't recommend this company any more highly. They're truly the best!
The carpets are clean but not soaked with water and crunchy once dry. We live in a fairly remote area and they will still come to clean our carpets. The technician is always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their carpet cleaned.
