I liked the cleaning system was free of soaps and harsh chemical cleaners. The staff went above and beyond, were extremely friendly, helpful and consciences during the cleaning process.

Jake and Ammon were so polite and respectful of our home. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The dryer vents is clean, a/c vents are all shined up and I look forward to cleaner air with all the construction and other dust removed from our duct work.

My carpets look great! Raynie my technician, explained everything he was going to do, took his time, went over areas again that I asked for and even suggested not doing a service that I had asked for as it might stain the chair. He was very thorough and made sure that I checked all areas for satisfaction before he left. He recommended the carpet protection which I’m glad that I did get. Our dog got sick on the carpet the next day, but it cleaned up very easily and left no stains after having used the carpet protection. I have one carpet that needs to be stretched and he made recommendations for that as well. I waited several days to do a review to make sure that the carpet still looked good after drying and after usage, and they do still look great! I am very pleased and would use Zerorez again and would highly recommend them.

Prompt arrival, thoroughly explained what and how the work would be done. There was an area rug with a large stain. He said it probably wouldn’t come out, gave it a good try and he was right. The old, unknown stain is still there. But I appreciated his trying.
