My technician, Kevin, arrived on time with an apprentice with him. I('m sorry I've forgotten his name. ) The apprentice was very pleasant and helped in everything Kevin asked. Kevin was the ultimate technician...explaining each procedure and getting my carpets as clean as they could be. I appreciate his kindness to his helper and the respect he gave all my rooms he cleaned.
When finished, the clean up was quick and they left with everything in its place as it was when they arrived. I will certainly get them back at a later date.

I was very impressed with the Matt's customer service with phone calls to let us know when he was arriving and his knowledge of carpeting conditions and cleaning opportunities. I am very impressed with the products you use and that they are sustainable products-safe for people, pets and the environment! Matt did an amazing job with all my carpeting. We live in a small Condo and he worked around every piece of furniture and small openings. I was so happy when I saw the results of the cleaning. This was the second time I have used your services! I will always recommend your company to my friends and family, and I will only use you for any cleaning needs I may have!

Everything was great and smooth. We had to go from a 5 room special down to a 4 room special but I was charged for the 5 room special so I am still needed my difference refunded back to my card. If someone can reach out to me on my cell phone in regards to that it would make this experience a 10 out of 10 for us!

Tech arrived promptly and explained clearly what was going to happen. Cody offered some advice and alternatives without being overly pushy. Final results are very satisfactory. Will check again about tile and grout cleaning.

The person who cleaned my rugs knew what they were doing and how to get the rug almost 100% clean after several years without cleaning. Their personality was above expectation and it was just a pure pleasure to have them here. The job was great, the attitude was great and the job was done very expeditiously. I, personally, will call Zeroez every time I need their services.
Also, the $189.00 price was fair because there was a lot of spots to remove and the cleaning person did it in a short time.
