The technician Alex, was exceptional. I literally thought the dude was gonna come in and wet vac my carpets. He analyzed them with black light, and talked me through the cleaning. Without me telling him, he pointed out what he thought were new stains and old stains. All of his observations were correct. He identified old pet stains, kid milk stains and was able to tell old from new. The cleaning was exceptional due to how he paid extra attention to the bad spots. You pay a little for ZR, but it’s worth it.

Cody made sure he removed any stains on the carpets and there was no odour afterwards. Cody is a great asset to Zerorez; organized, knowledgeable, great customer service.

All the agreements made when appointment set were achieved. Call from Colton Bassett one half hour prior to arrival, He came in our home to survey what the job entailed. As we passed through the laundry room, I pointed out grape juice stains on a runner and asked if Colton knew of any secrets to remove said stains. His reply was I may be able to help with that!

We looked at the blue oriental area rug in the living room, and Colton confirmed it was wool. He advised that the rug could have a surface cleaning, however, it is beautiful addition to the room and deserves to be taken to Zerorez's warehouse for a thorough washing. Good timing for us, because Zerorez has a 2 for 1 special. and I can get rid or your grape stains at no extra charge.

Colton's estimate to complete the cleaning and needed drying time also proved accurate. I expect we will have our area rugs returned clean and stain free in two weeks or less.

We were customers of Zerorez in years past and the result is still the best. But it is rare to find a service technician who is personable, loves what he does and proud of it. It appears Colton has the ability to sell your company as well; Colton Bassett is a valuable asset on your team!

The information provided was very clear and transparent, both on the phone when making the quote, but especially the technicians in person. We had three rooms and the carpeted stairs cleaned this week. Zerorez was able to get us on the schedule very quickly (within just a few days) and just in time for Thanksgiving. Our technician arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He was polite in all interactions and prioritized our areas of concern (there had been previously cleaned pet accidents). The cost was reasonable (and worth not doing it ourselves with rental machines). The carpets and the stair landing especially turned out amazing. Highly recommend!
