Additionally, our technician, Brian, was stellar. He was very professional: he introduced himself to me and my husband by name, shook our hands, and was very courteous throughout the appointment, letting us know when to expect loud noises from the machine and walking us through the cleaning process. Bryan left our sofa and recliner spotless! I highly recommend Zerorez.
