The team was professional and explained everything to me in detail They worked quickly and were careful with my things in my home. I am very pleased with the lack of cleaning scent after the service. They spoke to me about the products on my floors ( Rugs, Vinyl Tile, fake hardwoods) and gave me information on how to keep them looking great and extending their lives. Kyle was on time and completed the needed work quickly and efficiently. Carpets look great. And they are soft after drying; not crusty like other companies.

The technician was very professional and courteous, and took time to pre-treat soiled spots well before cleaning the entire area. I had another company clean my carpets last year, and soon afterwards, the stains popped back up. So far, the carpet cleaned by Zerorez still looks like new!
