My hardwood floors had not been professionally cleaned since they were installed 18 years ago. They look like new now. My couches are fresh and clean. Jose was professional and explained everything. I like that he asked about my expectations, offered his opinion and let me make the decision on what services to do. I have already recommended ZeroRez to friends.
The young man who did our carpets was very polite and knowledgeable. Also, I was pleased that there was no strong odor from the cleaning.
We have used Zerorez 2-3 times now and I have not been disappointed in the quality of service or the employees who have been in our home. I love the fact that my carpets and upholstry are not saturated and can be sat on or walked on in 4-6 hours.
