I placed an online request for an appointment. I was called right away and an appointment was confirmed for the next day. My service tech called the day of the appointment and said he could arrive earlier than scheduled which was excellent. He was quick efficient and did a good job of cleaning our beige couch. The service providers have always been pleasant. They are thorough. The providers check for spots in the carpet and tell the customer about them before starting.
