The technician that provided the service was incredible. He was informative, kind, helpful, hardworking. He went above and beyond. I left water running in a bathtub and he turned it off and then he cleaned it up with his equipment.. He was weak trained but had the extra care!
Greg was very personable and professional. He checked in several times to explain what he was doing and how well the carpet was cleaning. I liked the fact the carpet was not soaking wet afterwards and dried completely overnight.

Carpet cleaning went well but it did take some time to dry
Julio Castro, my technician was excellent. He worked so hard and so quickly. He was very polite and really worked hard to get my floors, sofa and bathroom tiles cleaned. His level of customer service was fantastic. I will use Zerorez for all my other projects, because Julio was so good.
