Ernest was polite and knowledgeable. He did upsell but it was not a useless recommendation and freshened the carpet as well. He pointed out problem areas, made suggestions about moving furniture and what to expect from the process. It is evident that he takes pride in his work and the Zerorez process.

The best part was our technician- he was lovely!!! Informative, enthusiastic and actually seemed to really like his job. His accommadating, friendly demeanor has made us regular customers. My carpets stay cleaner, longer.

I am very pleased with how well the floor looks after the cleaning. The grout was dark and dirty looking in the heavy traffic area. Now, it looks great.
