The technician was great! The outcome was exactly as anticipated, he was friendly and efficient. The carpets were older and I was getting ready to list this property. The seller wanted a clean look and smell. When he left, the carpets look newer and clean/listing ready. They do a good job. Easy to book. However, my window of service was 12-3. At 3:30 I called the office. Tech did not arrive til 4:30. I waited around for hours. If they were behind schedule I should be notified. I should not need to call you. (The tech was good and very nice.)
