The service personnel that came to clean our outdoor furniture were extremely professional, and very concerned about making sure that we were completely satisfied with the outcome. There were stains that were difficult to remove, and they spent extra time and effort to resolve that.

Friendly and good job
The technicians are very professional and courteous. They demonstrated their knowledge as they black lighted the carpet, looked for spots and were promptly working on the set-up to clean the carpets. Customers, remove items prior to cleaning for a better outcome. I surely did move things around and they did 3 rooms within 35 minutes.
This is the 2nd time I have used this company's services and have been pleased. I saved time for myself and have been able to focus on other areas. It surely is a great service!
