Brandon was so nice and incredible the whole day of the service. He called me about an hour out and told me their estimated arrival time and asked if that was OK. They arrived right on time, and we’re very quick inside. He explained everything very well. Payment was super easy too, I would recommend this company to anyone to get their floors cleaned! we contacted zero rez company after reviewing their services offered, the lady I spoke ,with was very knowledgeable and explained how the cleaning process would be performed. Cost of basic services and options of services if needed . She quoted me a price on the info I gave her and told her if more was needed I was ok to pay extra . They came on time and did an excellent job the carpet was clean and as bright in color as it was when new. the price quoted was the price billed, I will use their services again . Very friendly and professional people .

I have used ZeroRezfor the past 10 years and they are always willing to accommodate my schedule and quick to make an appointment for service time. They do a wonderfully efficient job cf removing stains and cleaning the carpet. I also love how the carpets are just a bit damp(not wet) after cleaning. I highly recommend them!
