I appreciate being able to schedule appointments online. Again, the Zerorez technician arrived on time and worked efficiently to clean our carpet. This time we added on a chair cleaning. I was very pleased with the results. Our only add-on fee was pet odor treatment which was very worthwhile! We will continue using Zerorez, our elderly incontinent dog makes it a necessity!

I was notified in advance by the service techs of their arrival time, which I appreciated as it allowed me to prepare. My home, which is 25 years old, has 4,300 square feet and was previously owned by others. I had no idea how much dust, lint, and dander a home can contain. Both Mark and Shawn did a fantastic job cleaning my air ducts and even provided me with a video of all the unpleasant debris that came out. They performed both the air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with their work. I would definitely recommend this service.

Technician was very friendly and efficient. He got the dirty parts of the carpet very clean. Unfortunately, he was not able to remove the many stained areas caused by our cats but I expected this result. He was on time and explained the whole process.
