The technician was very knowledgeable friendly and hard working. He took pride in his we work. Floor nice and clean and left house smelling fresh.

My carpet looks great. It dries quickly and is still soft and not hard after drying. The carpet cleaner explained to me what areas were stained and also tried to remove as much of the stain as he could. He was knowledgeable and courteous.
