I always recommend Zerorez to anyone who mentions carpets or furniture that needs to be cleaned. Very good service people and the rugs always look great and dry quickly. Nice, clean smell without chemicals or soapy slickness. I have used them for over ten years and will never use anyone else.

This was the first time we used Zerorez. The process was simple and not super noisy like some companies. The tech was very knowledgeable and did a good job. Although the end result was not what I had hoped for, once I called the company to advise of the issue they set up an appointment for a "redo".
