The technician showed up at the time scheduled. He came in and looked at the job. He explained that it would not be a simple carpet cleaning. I already knew that, before he arrived. He explained what he could do to remove most of the soiling, and gave me an estimate. I told him to go ahead. He was very thorough and considerate of the rest of my home.
