Our technician was prompt (early in fact!), courteous, communicative, and friendly. The challenges of cleaning carpets that have been fouled by pets is no small matter. I know that when pet urine seeps into the pad, it requires a level two cleaning. Given that there were 30 spots that showed seepage into the pad, the cost to clean was prohibitive. But the level one cleaning did a remarkably good job -- not perfect -- there are still some visible areas, but it's a significant improvement.
Eric was a pleasure to work with. Thorough. Knowledgeable. Hard working. We will be working on a six-month cleaning cycle.

Technician very thorough in cleaning each room Cleaned areas where more dust and dog hair had accumulated near baseboards. Clean, fresh smell in products used. Rooms completely dry next morning(rooms cleaned in late afternoon). No residue or dampness on hardwood floors. Have used Zerorez in past and will use again.
