Staff, Major & Bernardo,you sent to my home to clean air, ducts, dryer vent, carpets, and tile were timely, thorough and friendly.

The total price seemed a little high but you could get here quickly which I appreciated. I also appreciated the care that your tech took to carefully read each tag so he knew how best to treat each different piece. He was also very clear in his post instructions and made sure we were aware of drying times. Thanks for getting to us so quickly. The stains I was most concerned about were taken care of!

Jason explained the cleaning process thoroughly and did a great job on the carpets, especially my walk in closet. After carpet dried there were a few areas that I had questions about. Called Zero red and they set up an appointment to look at it.

He took the time to explain the process before he started, kept us informed while he worked, and answered all of our questions afterward. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers.

Whoever trained him did an outstanding job because his customer service was second to none. He is a real asset to Zerorez, and I hope the company recognizes that. Employees like him are the reason customers come back.

The carpet cleaning itself exceeded our expectations. As first-time homeowners with a toddler, having clean carpets that our family can comfortably crawl and play on was really important to us. After the cleaning, we felt so much better about letting our little one roll around on the floor.

What I appreciated most was his honesty. He didn’t overpromise or try to sell us unrealistic expectations. He explained what the cleaning could and couldn’t do, especially in high-traffic areas like the doorways and stairs where the carpet has simply seen years of wear. I respected that honesty, and despite those challenges, he still did an amazing job. Those difficult areas looked significantly better than we expected.
