Availability and the level of service

The technician was just great. He explained the process in detail and was so very thorough in cleaning all the carpet. It was a very positive experience and everything is so clean. It was all dry in a matter of hours, so we could replace the furniture and enjoy our room again. Wish I had more carpet to clean. And again, the technician was wonderful!!!!

Service personnel called and were able to arrive early, did a fantastic job, and finished in an appropriate amount of time.

I will continue to call them for my home.

Our service tech Justin was extremely professional. Justin worked diligently to remove stains from 8 dining room chairs, explaining his process and any problems he encountered. He was just the right degree of friendly and respectful. We were pleased with the work done and would recommend this company to others.

The guy was very kind. He was knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop about the cleaning. He did a great job and I would hire zerorez again with service people like that.
He did not get the stain out the first time but came back and got the stain out! Very happy!
