Excellent technician, very thorough
The equipment and product used works great on my tile floor and especially the grout. The first time I had Zerorez come the man doing it was great and made sure he touched all the grout and got it clearn. I was so happy with the chemicals and the equipment. This last man that came just ran over the tile quickly and was ready to leave. I had to point out to him that he was there to clean the grout. I felt like he was just there to say he came!! I was very disappointed. When I asked him to spend time on the grout and get it cleaned he did.
It gets the carpet major clean and the techs are always professional! The guy that came out and done ours was very nice and explained everything to us that he did and made sure we were satisfied before leaving!
This company is timely, sends good tech people who are careful and thorough. I like the solution they use. Doesn’t feel sticky and it dries quickly. I think we’re sneezing less. Good job!

After having some streaking from the first cleaning, I contacted Zerorez and they sent someone out the very next day to fix the carpet. It looks fantastic, not sure what the problem was the first time but it didn't look clean and there were streak marks in the room that wouldn't come out as we vacummed it. The second time it really looks clean. Very happy and will definitely use again next year.
