The technician went above and beyond cleaning my carpets. What was supposed to be a 1 hour-ish job turned into an all-day fiasco due to him taking pride in his work and wanting to help me accomplish my clean carpet goals. He didn't stop for breaks even when I told him he could. I will definitely be using this company again!

Alex did a good job. He listened to what I had to say and followed through. He was thorough and very pleasant. Carpets looked terrific when he finished.

The technician (sorry I forgot his name) was very professional and explained the whole process very well. He was able to add an area rug that we wanted cleaned to our order without issue. We definitely noticed the difference right away from other carpet cleaners we have used in the past as to how the carpets felt much cleaner. We will definitely be using Zerorez again.
