The cleaning was very fast and effective. The technician also was fantastic!!! He worked with me on a few old pet stains that I couldn’t really afford to treat. He got them out for me anyway at the original price I was quoted!! Two days later and the carpet looks beautiful with no old stains reappearing. Great company! I would highly recommend using Zerorez!
Fair pricing and technician was amazing
I hired Zerorez for air duct cleaning in my home. They were prompt in arriving when they said they would and keeping in contact with me after I scheduled the appointment. Since I cannot see into my ductwork I am assuming that they did a good job. They did verify that there was not any mold in my ductwork system. I was not a fan of the biological treatment that they add to the ductwork. It is supposed to be nontoxic but it did have a smell that gave me a little bit of a headache. However, I am very sensitive to smell so it may not bother everyone.

I live in SC and was scheduling Zerorez for my mother who lives in Texas. The office staff was amazing in helping me to schedule and shared the different options available for service. Once the technician, Julian, arrived onsite, he called me to go over additional treatments needed. He was honest and didn't try to 'sell' me anything. We added additional treatments to take care of pet odors and Julian sent me before/after photos. He treated my mother as if she were his own! The carpets look fantastic and we are all very pleased with Julian as well as Zerorez. We will absolutley use them again as well as recommend them to anyone in the DFW area. THANK YOU!
