I've used Zerorez on 3 occasions and have been very pleased with the results. Twice I've had carpets cleaned and they stay clean for much longer than other services I've used. Recently I had 2 upholstered chairs cleaned that had not been cleaned in 10 years and they came out like new. The technician that came to my house, Daniel, was polite, professional and helpful. I definitely will use Zerorez again in the future.

Zerorez was on time and the young man was very professional in his work using the equipment. He explained the operation and was very polite. My carpet looks like new. My cell phone was not working correctly, it did not ring when he called. He knew how to fix it quickly and I was so happy. He went over and above in his job. At my age, 84, I appreciate the extra mile he went to help me and clean my carpet, too. I do not know how to spell his name but it was Duawn.?

Outstanding service. Zane was my technician and did an outstanding job. I was really pleased with his service and his professionalism. They did say that the carpet only be wet for about four hours; however, it was still damp after about 10hrs.
