I like that it is organic using Alkaline water to clean. I like Ryan Williamson he was very nice and helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He cleaned our carpet and 2 sofa's in less time than I thought. The pricing is good and I have used Zerorez for years. The lady that I talked to to book my appointment was very nice and professional. I like how I got text alerts and emails as it was getting closer to the date.

I Don't know where you found Darius Brown, but you need to keep him and if you have a training program you would do well to put him in charge of it. He communicated with us to let us know when he would be arriving and kept the time. Darius presents himself and your company well. He explained what he was using, the process and how long we needed to stay off the carpet (which was something I forgot to ask when scheduling the appointment). We will be doing at least three more rooms come Autumn and Darius is the person we want. Please thank him again for us and we hope to see him in a few months!

Our tech, Josh was fantastic, and carpets are looking good. My only teeny complaint is that it took a long time for them to dry, and a resulting unpleasant smell during that time period. Seems like the vacuums need to extract more solution than they were able.

I have used Zerorez in the past but since we had moved further out I was not certain if they would come that far. I was pleased when they said they did with a little additional trip fee. My tech, William, showed up early which never happens. He came in and we did a walkthrough where I showed him the areas to be cleaned and any concerns I had. We have some real trouble spots from pets (both prior to our moving in and since from ours) in the basement area that I could never get out. He took great care to explain the options that he had available to tackle them. Also, to let me know that realistically some of them may not come out completely or if the pad underneath had absorbed the urine what additional steps we could take on our own. One of the options was saturating the area and extracting it out. It's a bit of a pricey option so he said he would show me a bit of how it works or if it'll work so I could decide if I wanted to spend the extra. After the demo, I decided to have him do it and am really pleased with how well the stains came out. It looks so much better now! William went above and beyond and it was such a pleasure working with him!
All of the carpets came out looking fantastic and the house feels so fresh! I definitely recommend using these guys. We have always had great results!
