I feel like the two gentlemen that came were very thoughtful and careful to do a good job. I am very happy with my service day-of.
The frustrating part was that booking asked me the number of units that I had, but when the gentlemen arrived, I was told I had to pay extra for extra zones (this was NOT a question on the website) and then I also had to pay extra for dryer cleaning, which on the website seemed like it was part of the whole house duct cleaning, and only extra if you were ONLY doing the dryer vents. Probably will not use ZEROREZ again for hidden costs. It was almost 2X what I had originally budgeted for the service.

The gentleman they sent to clean the carpets and the master bath tile was thorough and did an excellent job. He was able to remove a couple of spots that previous companies said the could but could not. He took his time to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We would definitely have Zerorez back again.
We enjoy the cleanliness and the smell of a clean carpet after a Zerorez cleaning. The carpet cleaning workers are polite and very efficient. Zerorez has given us several cleanings all at a good price, well scheduled, and responds to our needs if rescheduling is required.

I was extremely impressed by the professional service given by the man who cleaned my carpet and I apologize for not remembering his name. I liked the fact that he put covers on his shoes and put protective barriers around furniture to prevent the hose from damaging it.
He really used a lot of elbow grease to get the carpet cleaned.
I opted not to pay the additional $30 per room for even better cleaning. I don't think that should be an option. When you hire someone to clean your carpets you expect them to be as clean as possible for the amount quoted.
My carpets had residual stains from previous attempts by me with various products that weren't rinsed out properly, by me, and I was amazed that the man cleaned the carpet as well as he did.
I was taken aback by the request for a tip as i have never encountered that on a carpet cleaning invoice and the man seemed to be embarrased about that request, but I felt he reall deserved it for working so hard.

The technician is well trained and works to make any stains disappear and the entire carpet really clean.
The best part of the process is the end when the carpets look great and feel great. One can walk on them barefoot and not even feel wet. Of course it feels slightly damp, but it dries within 13-24 hours. We've used zerorez for many years now and have never been disappointed. We recommend zerorez as THE BEST!
