This was my first time for using Zerorez. I loved that our tech guy was friendly, and seemed interested in what I wanted done. Christopher was very efficient, and was able to remove stains that I hadn’t expected to come out! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he didn’t need a water connection. Zerorez is one of the easiest services I have worked with. After rescheduling my appointment 3 times due to rain, they were always willing to accommodate me. Zach, our technician, showed up on time, was professional, protected my furniture and stairwell, and did a FANTASTIC !!! We clean our carpets every year and will only use Zerorez!

We had a wonderful experience with Zerorez. Anthony our technician was incredibly professional, and completed the job (which was large) in a timely manner. We are super happy with the results, and Anthony was the BEST! He even brought my packages inside before he left. I would highly recommend Zerorez and specifically Anthony!

I called to have the company come do duct cleaning on my new home. I actually wasn't home during the service, I had a family member let Zerorez into the house. When I got home, I couldn't even tell that anyone had been there. They were clean, efficient, and thorough. They were able to clean my ducts through the vents as access to the furnace is limited. It took them maybe an hour. My family member said that they got a lot out. They were also very polite, as was Rosie when I talked with her on the phone.
I can see why my sister recommended them and I will gladly do the same.
I’ve used ZeroRez three times now for carpet cleaning. Each time I have been totally satisfied by the professionalism and care of the cleaning technician. The service is easy to book and manage, and communication is extremely clear so that expectations are set before any cleaning even happens. I expect to be a long-term customer!
