Zerorez did a wonderful job on my carpet. They were great about scheduling, sending reminders, and were on time and efficient on the day they cleaned. My senior dog has starting having accidents and we desperately needed help getting the stains and smell out. The carpet now looks, feels, and smells wonderful!

I have used zerorez before and have been very happy. I had 2 recliners, sofa, loveseat and 2 area rugs cleaned all turned out great. The furniture was very wet so it took awhile to dry.

Zerorez does not use chemicals to clean my carpets which leaves them stiff and sticky. They use water and my carpets are clean, fresh, and soft
The service was provided by 2 strong and very agreeable young men. They described the service in depth and put more muscle into rug cleaning than I have ever experienced with any of the other companies I have hired in 40 years. I was particularly astonished by the job done on my 10 year old white carpeted stairs. I did not think it was possible to look that good again without actually replacing the carpet. The products used left a fresh and clean lemon scent in my home. I will definitely be calling this company on a regular basis to work its magic on my carpets in the future

I've tried other carpet cleaners but Zerorez has been the best for my rugs since they've been cleaner, without odors, and the techs make it all look easy to make the place shine.
