Furniture looks great. Even better than expected. The guy was very professional and really took his time to do a thorough job. It had many stains and I wasn't sure this was going to be worth the expense. But it was well worth it. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend.

The Zerorez technician did a fabulous job cleaning our couch! We several stains from our puppy and 2 young children - all which were removed after a deep clean. The couch looks brand new! We will definitely reach out for our next cleaning need!

The appointment before me had rescheduled, so the tech (Brandon? My apologies if that's wrong--I can't find his name) called to ask if I wanted to move up, which was great for me. He explained the service, available options (pet treatment, etc.), and prices up front and didn't pressure me to buy anything extra. He got the job done in a timely manner, and the carpet looks great.

The technician, Chad, was very professional and was very efficient in the cleaning process. I had 4 rooms cleaned and he was here for about an hour. I was very happy with the way the carpet in each room looked after the cleaning. I am very satisfied with the service and will recommend Zerorez to others. I chose to use Zerorez for the cleaning as I appreciate their method.
