Technician was courteous, did not try to up-sale the products but did take measurements for possible tile cleaning at a future date. We have used Zerorez back in MN years ago also so are returning customers and would recommend. We did one bedroom, closet, walkway, and stairway, feel the price was reasonable.

The person coming to do the cleaning was very nice and easy going. He did a good job cleaning the carpets and provided me with the info I requested for the other services you provide.

Very thorough and timely service. Technician was Courtice and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Asked Tech to be careful of corner wall due to other companies damage with hose. He had corner protection and no damage found.
