They did a great job cleaning carpet… we had a pet visit our house who had a couple accidents.. we tried to clean but smell came back. They treated with pet products and so far smell is gone. When the representatives came to my house on Tuesday, they listened to my concerns as I pointed out spots that needed to be cleaned as well as the general cleaning. I was impressed of how clean the carpet and chair were. The carpet's raw edge in a spot was even clean.
The last gentleman who came here to clean carpets told me that two areas could not be cleaned and I would have to live with this information. But the more experienced gentleman who came last Tuesday, indicated that those spots could be cleaned and they were.
In the past and this current visit from the representatives, have encouraged me to continue to use your services. Thank you!

My technician, Matt, was great! Very professional, explained the products and service options very thoroughly, and he did a great job.
I also appreciated the low odor of the cleaning products. Especially because I’m doing a radon test and had to close up the house about 8hours after the carpet cleaning. With the house all closed up, there is a little bit of a cleaning odor, but it’s relatively faint.
I was very pleased with Matt’s service and professionalism, and am also very pleased with the final result. I will use Zerorez again in the future and recommend the company to others.
