The technician that came out to clean my carpets and rugs worked really hard and went over the stains and spots numerous times. He made a true effort to get the carpets clean! He also did not pressure me into the "upsale" of special shampoo, stain removers, etc! When I hire a company to clean my carpets, I want them "cleaned" without being nickeled and dimed to get them cleaned! All of the employees were very friendly and considerate when they dropped off the rugs we had them clean at their warehouse. I will call this company again in the future!
