On this last visit, our technician was excellent. Every one of the technicians who has cleaned our carpets or tile floors over the past decade has been solid, in every way, but the technician on our last visit was really, really good.
On time, courteous, professional, careful with furniture, doors corners. We like the n0-soap residue feature.

Personable employee did a good job cleaning our carpets. There is a hard to clean spot pointed out by the tech…was pretreated. Hopefully the next time, this area could be totally cleaned (previous owner’s dog urine). Otherwise pleased with results.
