Christian did an awesome job on our carpets. We had not had them cleaned in the time we lived in our home and they were long overdue. He was even able to clean our area rug in our bedroom. One of the negative comments or drawbacks I read online was the tendency to push for up charges. Maybe so, but the push we received was regarding an area rug we were undecided about was something we needed to take care of , so it’s considered by me to be a positive rather than a negative.

The protection treatment we opted for… jury still out. Time will tell whether it was worth the extra money.
