It does not take long for them to clean my carpet because I always vacuum before they come. Products & service is good. Only takes them 30 minutes to clean 2 bedrooms and living room.

Zerorez does an outstanding job of cleaning my carpets. We have used them for the past 8 years and have always had excellent results. The technicians are knowledgeable, personable, and very professional. They work diligently and clean up well when finished. I love that my carpets are not soaked afterwards; they dry quickly, and we can resume using our carpeted areas the same day. I have recommended Zerorez to friends for many years and will continue to do so.
The ZeroRez technician Allen, is so knowledgeable about the cleaning of our carpets. Allen told me everything he was going to do as we did the walkthrough of the rooms, any concerns I had with those areas. When he was finished with those rooms he asked me to check the carpet to see if I was satisfied fifth the cleaning.
I definitely will use ZeroRez again and ask specifically for Allen.

I have very old carpet. Unless the tech. is careful and not soak the carpet, old stains will rise up from the padding. Ugh! Then they have to come back. Sometimes new stains appear.
Zerorez listens to me and puts fans on to prevent the stains coming up.They do an excellent job. This last time, the carpet turned out the best ever.
