Jorge was friendly and professional. He explained and demonstrated how he was going to clean my carpets, including how he was going to remove the cat urine. My carpets look clean, smell clean with no residual cat urine smells!

I REALLY like Zerorez products and services! Their carpet cleaning chemicals, if they are even considered chemicals, because they don't leave any residue! That it huge for anyone who doesn't want exposure to things like that or have health concerns or pets and kids in the house! Plus, the service was AWESOME. Our tech, Daniel, was really great. He made sure that we got everything done that we wanted, did a great job, double checking with us to be sure that he got what it was that we had concerns with. He educated us some on the processes and how cleaning our carpets regularly can increase the life of this expensive investment of our home. I appreciate the discounts and the offers to plan ahead! With life so busy, I wouldn't remember to schedule our next 6-month or 3-month cleaning without some help. Thank you for doing such a great job!
