My experience with Zerorez from the very beginning with scheduling for airduct cleaning to the time Chris and Kylan were done was exceptional. Chris called 30 minutes out to let me know when he and Kylan would be arriving. They arrived and were nothing but professional. Chris and Kylan explained the process and got right to work. The two technicians that performed the job did a phenomenal job and I would use your service again. But I wish the person who put together my estimate was more clear when asking about stairs. She asked if there were any stairs and I said yes because the room I needed cleaned was upstairs. When I saw a charge for stairs, I assumed they charge for bringing equipment upstairs. But it turns out she was asking if I needed any staircases cleaned, which I didn’t. So two men were sent instead of one.
