Wish I hadn't waited so long! Carpets are very old but I feel they still had some life left. Jason the carpet tech agreed. They are still drying but look great already! Was super easy to book with great communication! Was given an arrival window and was called 20 minutes before arriving. Price seemed reasonable and so worth it! Don't wait like I did!

We are very pleased with the service Zerorez provided us! We’d had our carpet cleaned in the past (company not named) and it got cleaned but the carpet was stiff to walk on after and got dirty quickly. Your tech Boris did an amazing job getting some stains out and was conscientious in protecting corners where the hose drug and ensuring we were 100% happy with the completed job! The carpet is soft to the touch again. Can’t ask for anything more than that.
