Had 3 rooms, hallway and stairs cleaned by Zerorex. Process went quickly and efficiently. The rugs seemed a little wetter than I recalled from past experiences with Zerorez. Ran fans and stayed off rugs for a day. Everything was pretty dry the next day.

We had our tile cleaned and sealed. After the first round, the results were not what we expected. The management at Zerorez went above and beyond by returning to our home and working until we were satisfied with the results. They returned several times to improve the outcome and to perform spot checks and to make sure it was satisfactory for us. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a company that’s done as much to make sure their client was happy and satisfied. Overall, they did a really good job on our floors, helped educate and set realistic expectations with the results, and resolved concerns.
