Your people notify us so we know when to expect them and they arrive on time. They are Polite and explain what they’re doing and looking for before they begin the work.. Anthony, who was my technician, was a hard worker and did a wonderful job on my carpets. When he was done we did a walkthrough to check for places that needed to be done again.. I didn’t find any then answered my questions about other services that you offered. His job was well done..

I really like the absence of chemicals on the carpet. With 2 dogs, I worry about them being exposed to toxins. The job was well done, even got out wine stains that were several years old.
The technician was very professional. He did an excellent job. He reviewed what needed to be done and told us what and how he would be doing the job. He was very thorough and told us to check to make sure we were satisfied with the job before he left. He was also very polite and personable. I would give him 5 out of 5 stars for a job well done!

I can't really respond to the product as yet. But, if what I have heard is at least half true, I am going to be very happy with the outcome of my carpet. As for the service, well it is top notch, very professional, very informative, caring and respectful. I know that I made the right decision when I called Zero Rez.
