The product was great. The carpet looks brand new. But, I want to talk about Marcias the technician. He was the most enjoyable human to work with. He's very knowledgeable at his profession and such a gentleman. Instead of having to reschedule my appointment he was able to work around it. I really enjoyed talking to him. The service was absolutely great. The guy was very knowledgeable, professional kind, and explain the procedure as he did it I could not have asked for a better person to provide my service. I had a couple areas I was concerned about and he explained they were most worn areas.

Colton thoroughly explained his cleaning process and broke down the service costs, which were more than fair given the quality service.
