I've used John and his crew several times and have always been very satisfied with their service. My rugs and upholstery always come out looking great. I have two big dogs so getting everything clean is not easy. But John and the products he uses certainly makes it look easy. He is professional and courteous and makes the entire visit very pleasant. Trey and Ricky took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained the process from start to finish and addressed the entire surface of each piece of my furniture. The dry time was amazing in comparison to other methods! i do believe this is the highest level of clean my sofa and chairs can receive!

First, our carpet cleaner was very professional and easy to work with. He explained the process and came in and got to work. We love the way the carpet looks and the area rug that he cleaned looks bright again. The products left no residue or order and dried very quickly.
